the story is, powers' fiance has died in a horrible accident and she later is engaged to another young man but, before their wedding she wants to meet her dead fiance's mother one last time to express her condolences.

the mother is a deranged woman who detains powers and blames her for her son's death and now wants to take revenge by killing her. after many bizarre things happening in that house and after killing her employee and torturing her other employees she relents and dies.
